I have a prposal for (not nessecarily alcoholic, so it is safe to award to nancys) daily award from the Crews Union, in the form of a Cowboy hat. To be awarded for the most blatently reckless (but borderline legal) manover of the day. You know the ones- the ones where you're yelling at the stick waggler that they can't go there (but they still do) and somehow come out of it without causing damage, doing so many turns you get dizzy or being summoned to the protest room. Nominations from any crew, but nominating your own helm to be encouraged.

Possibly this sort of thing or for more humilation this. To be worn that evening (rather than out on the water).
