Postby barnsie » Tue Jun 27, 2017 12:14 pm

Afternoon Folks, If looking to buy product from Seavolution before Eastbourne get your orders in by Wednesday evening as I will not be at Eastbourne. Await replies with interest via email barnsieb14(at)sky.com

Also this coming weekend will se the closing of the early bird discount on entry for the GUL B14 open Nationals at Whitstable. So if you want the discount and entry into the Seavolution mystery prize draw, get those entries in before 01.07.2017. Numbers coming in and looking like it is going to be a good attendance. Possibly the biggest for a few years. Entry is online at Whitstable Yacht Club's website www.wyc.org.uk

Morning Folks, hope all are looking forward to the event. Thursday currently looking a bit lively. If looking marginal 25 knots ish, we'll not be going, as we do not want to smash the fleet up on the first day. Friday moving forward is looking good with the breeze getting progressively lighter. If we do not sail on Thursday, aim will to be hold the AGM straight after the decision whether to go is made and we stay ashore. This will be followed by Leaky's games (Chris Fermor). If you have any TomTom Bandits or Go-Pros, bring them with you. We may also have a drone up if conditions allow. When arriving your to place your B14s on the first beach beyond the club ramp (Lasers will be moving after club racing on Wednesday evening). Early arrivals, suggest parking alongside the ramp where there is space to Wednesday evening. I'll be around later on Wednesday. Any spares needed for the event, let me know and we'l have for you on arrival. See you there :)

Morning Folks, many of you may already be on your way to Whitstable. Gerry has produced a list of current members. Those, and you know who you are, will be required to pay their membership and fill in a form prior to completion of entry tomorrow morning. Trish will be opening the upstairs office 1000 - 1130. Right money or cheques would be preferable as we'll not have much change
See all there
