Nudge :-)

So I still have a double stacker available so if anyone would like to share the travel costs then let me know. Allan is travelling separately with Rachel so I'll have the passat estate with plenty of room to get everything in. Need to book the ferry in the next couple of weeks so if at all insterested please post here or drop me a line on gbr761@gmail.com

Surely will get a response this time .....!!!,

:-)

Hi Barry,

Brittany Ferries weren't able to offer any deals (especially from Portsmouth) because its a bank holiday...LD Lines might be slightly cheaper but they don't goto St. Malo.

Has anyone been successful yet with finding accommodation (of any kind) fairly close to the sailing club??

We have been searching & the nearest we can find anything is 5km away. :?

Hi Nikki, Guy has found this and we've booked it. It's about 2.5 Km from the club which was similar to the walk that we had in Carnac...just about time to sober up on the walk home

Does anyone have any further details on the format and what time the races are on the first day? Can't see anything elsewhere at the moment......

Has anyone found any other accommodation nearby - other than camping?

We looked but struggled so have opted for a caravan at the same site listed above. Seems to be the best option although it is 3.5km from the club so a long walk back after a few beers.

Most of the accomodation hotel wise seemed to be in the towns away from the club. Perhaps one of the French teams can advise?

Cheers

The caravans look good value. If anyone is still looking for somewhere to stay and wants to split the cost of one of these then please let me know....

Seb, do you have a plan for how many races will be each day - I.e. Something like:-
Friday 2 races
Saturday 4 races
Sunday 4 races
Monday 2 races

???????

Also is there a time limit for starting the last race? For example the last start will be no later than 1pm on the Monday????

Please can you confirm?

Thank you

:-D
